We can start searching for a carrier for you without your downpayment, however, we cannot SCHEDULE your transport until the downpayment has been paid. Your price is not locked in until we have secured a carrier for you.
- Paypal - If you have chosen Paypal, click on the Paypal pay button below to pay deposit only securely.
- Credit Card - Your credit card information will be collected over the phone by our customer support representative or you may fax it to us on this form. Customer agrees not to dispute the deposit with your credit card company or with Paypal once it has been given. If you break the contract and try and dispute, you, the customer, will be responsible for ALL fees incurred from Paypal, credit card company or any other source.
1. Our deposit amount is $100.00 for standard and expediated and $125.00 for enclosed transport. The deposit for all our shipments are paid by credit card, PayPal, cashier's check or money order and is paid directly to DT Transport LLC. The balance is then due on delivery of your vehicle by the carrier and that portion is paid directly to the carrier. The carrier accepts cash, money order or cashier's check. NO PERSONAL CHECKS! The customer agrees NOT to file any credit card chargeback for any deposit amount which is charged upon scheduling. Should you choose to break the contract and file a chargeback, you forfeit any refund which might be due to you.

2. Normal average pickup time frame is 1 to 10 days. All dates that are given are an approximation. We cannot guarantee exact dates when your vehicle will be picked up or delivered. There are many factors that affect the pickup and delivery dates(weather, traffic, maintenance, delays, etc.) If we cannot assign a carrier to move your vehicle within 20 days of your pickup date, you have the option to keep the order open or cancel the order with a refund MINUS the processing fee of $25.00 per car per deposit. If any refund is due, it will be given 30-60 days after cancellation.
3. A $150.00 inop fee is applied to vehicles that are non-operational. This fee is included in the price when the non-running vehicle button has been selected. If by any chance the vehicle is non-operational at the time of pickup and was not first specified, additional fees will be applied.
4. All cancellations must be made in writing. Once a carrier has been assigned for pickup and transport of the vehicle, the deposit will no longer be refundable, as we have handled our obligation of the transport.
5. DT Transport, LLC and the carrier are not responsible for any personal goods placed in the vehicle.
6. The carrier transporting the vehicle is insured. The carrier is responsible for the vehicle while the vehicle is in their possession. DT Transport, LLC is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle. Any insurance claims should be filed with the carrier's insurance. Carrier insurance usually does not cover any "act of God" damages or damages caused by leaking fluids, freezing, exhaust systems of flying objects from the road or sky. Damages must be properly noted while the driver is still there regardless of time or dirty condition of the vehicle. Signing the "bill of lading" at the destination without notation of damage will be evidence of satisfactory delivery of the vehicle and will not be allowable as a claim. MAKE SURE to inspect the vehicle carefully. The customer agrees to release and hold harmless DT Transport LLC from any damages or loss claims. Upon request, DT Transport LLC will provide customer with name, address and phone number and Certificate of Insurance, however, you need to contact the carrier first to give them the opportunity to resolve the situation. All claims are to be submitted directly to the carrier within seven days of receiving the vehicle unless otherwise noted on the carrier's "bill of lading". Remember, any claims for damages not stated on the bill of lading will not be allowable by the carrier's insurance company. DOT(Department of Transportation) regulations require that all claims be filed in writing and all tariffs be paid in full before claims are processed. The customer must agree NOT to charge back a credit card or stop a paypal payment to offset a dispute for damage claims. DT Transport LLC will support you in filing a claim against a carrier should a problem occur, but in no way accept responsibility for any negligence of the carrier.
7. The transportation of your vehicle is door to door. There will be times when a carrier will not be able to drive to a certain destination and will arrange with the customer to meet at another location with easier access.
8. Typically, carriers will call 4-12 hours before they are able to pick up your vehicle. At this time, THEY will arrange the exact location where the vehicle will be picked up and delivered and the window of time to give for pickup and delivery. Every effort is made to provide door-to-door service, however, sometimes restrictions occur to prevent that. These may include-but not limited to-weight restrictions, narrow streets, cul-de-sacs, overhanging trees.
9. Customers are responsible for the prep of their vehicle(s). The carriers are not responsible for any items or parts falling off your vehicle during transportation. The vehicle should be shipped with a half a tank of gas or less.
10. DT Transport LLC is an agent for you, the customer. We arrange the transportation of your vehicle-we DO NOT physically move your vehicle. We will find the appropriate carrier to move your vehicle. Our service ends when the carrier is assigned your order and contact you regarding pickup and delivery. However, we wil assist you in any way we can.
11. DT Transport LLC is NEVER held responsible for rental car fees of any kind nor storage fees if your vehicle is non-deliverable and has to be stored by the carrier at delivery. ALL fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
12. The customer agrees that the information given is correct. Any information not provided about the vehicle that might affect the transport will result in additional fees.
13. The customer agrees NOT to dispute any deposit once it is charged and NOT to file any charge back on their credit card. Should you choose to break the contract and file a chargeback, YOU are responsible for the payment of any fees that are charged to us by Paypal or any credit card company and you forfeit any refund which might be due to you.
Orders placed with DT Transport LLC, are under the preceding Terms and Conditions. We must have the signature page back BEFORE we can move your vehicle.
In signing this form you agree that you have received a copy of our Terms and Conditions. By signing this form, you also agree that you have read and understand the Terms and Conditions of your transport with DT Transport LLC and it's agents. Our MC# is 598725.
